there were a microwave oven, climate control, and a sofa bed in the room, appreciated that. the location of the property was particularly good, close to the city center.

The pool is well-kept, and there's convenient parking available. the rooms are really spacious and modern, plus the beds are super comfy. 🛏️.

We only went for one day, arrived at noon and left the next morning. rooms are comfortable, not very wide but of good size, we entered 5 without problem using the sofa bed, bathroom if it is very wide and kitchen area, for 5, is somewhat reduced, 3 or 4 would be fine. breakfast area is a bit small when there are many people, same is used in the afternoon to serve a snack with plenty of variety (free, starting at the price of Monday to Thursday) The breakfast itself is not ultra varied but if there is a little of everything, quite well within everything, is more or less similar to what there is in other hotels of the type. pool is the right size for the type of hotel. location is very good, if the idea is ONLY to make beach, without being ideal is not bad, sorbe a quiet avenue, alive, there are shops and food a few meters, as I said, is not a beach hotel but not so far, for the price is more than acceptable, is about 10 minutes (or less) from Lido Beach on the same street. I recommend it without hesitation

The location was excellent in the very very nice area. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and thoughtful, no complaint. Hotel’s breakfast was good hot with hot options and biscuit, for instance and could satisfy any taste.

Had a really nice stay for a business trip. Central location just off beaches as well as Sarasota, Florida, it was in a very nice area. Plus there was a lake, within 25 minutes walk or so.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Niagara Golf Trail and only half a kilometer from the airport, plus they offer plenty of fresh food options that I really enjoyed.

The location is marvellous, 2 miles from Gillespie Park. Btw, it's set in the lovely area.

The room was clean, but it could use some updates. I liked that it had king-size beds, two TVs, and provided toiletries. the location of this hotel was very convenient, just a short distance from the beach! 🏖️.

We went at the beginning of June for 6 nights, the first thing to emphasize is the breakfast: excellent!! of the best in the hotels that I have been. Every day it varied. Super complete. The rooms are not very big but very comfortable, you can even accommodate up to 5 people. It has a kitchen area, which allows you to make your own lunch or dinner. From Monday to Thursday, in the restaurant sector, in the evening they offer a small snack-dinner, which, although not very varied or abundant, allows you to spend the moment, and that service is not common in hotels. At the same time, in the lobby and in the room, there is never a lack of coffee, tea, milk, chocolate and water. The swimming pool, nothing out of the ordinary, but it is useful to pass the time and it is very clean and has a sector of relax and they offer you the necessary towels. The parking lot is wide and very comfortable in relation to the rooms. The staff is very attentive to any demand. The plus that my room had a balcony...so always for a little long stay, it is very comfortable for the clothes you want to sanitize or beach. The price is reasonable to the service. They have people who speak Spanish. No doubt I would come back!

negative point is that the rooms are not very spacious, although it has a kitchen area and can accommodate up to 5 people, table and chairs available are only for two. the cutlery and dishes were scarce. breakfast schedule during the days of the week is until 9 am very punctual, when you are on vacation and with the family, it is a bit scarce. We had a small problem in the cleaning of the room, since one day it was not done, receptionist, immediately to my notice, took pains to leave me as calm as possible, she could not solve the fact that the room was not done, since it was late. I appreciate her efforts. location of the hotel is ideal for those who are planning to make a lot of movements and have a vehicle. It's located on an avenue somewhere between the highway to Tampa or Naples, beaches, downtown Sarasota, shopping malls and shopping centers (there's a Mc Donals in front). If you only want to go to the beach, you will have to drive for 10 to 15' every day or stay in a closer (and probably more expensive) place. We found it ideal, as our days took turns between going out and going to the beach.

This hotel is located in a lovely building in a cozy spot, not far from the city center. the service was pretty good. 😊.

1- tv was on the fritz for all 3 nights stay 2- no cell phone service while in room, have to stand at window and hold phone even then no service. 3- Access to rooms too long of a walk, need middle access in building 4- not enough parking in front of rooms

First night stepped in vomit that was just wiped up still sticky wet and smelled horrible, toilet flooded had to buy a plunger to avoid calling maintenance even time someone used restroom
